It is anticipated that truck movements to and from the site to complete the construction will be approximately five trucks per day over a 12-month period utilising O\u2019Sullivan Road.<\/p>\n<p>The Club understands that members and near neighbours may have concerns about potential noise, dust and traffic during the construction of the Course.<\/p>\n<p>To mitigate this, the Club has committed to segmented timing over the 12 months of the course redevelopment, ensuring as minimal impact as possible for neighbours during the process.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, dust suppression techniques, such as solid turfing, will be implemented throughout the course redevelopment, in particular during the westerly winds period of September and October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>A Construction Management Plan will also be developed for the project and utilised to address other related issues such as noise, traffic movement and timing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the redevelopment phase, the Championship Course will be closed.
