Summary: 18 holes Stableford for Members 45 years and older held on a Wednesday, usually in February.

History: At the outbreak of the first World War in 1914, Members of the Club over the age of 45 years, and therefore ineligible for active service, formed themselves into a Club for elementary military training at the suggestion of General Jobson. Training was carried out on the Links, often on the first hole of the Short Course. After the War, General Jobson donated a cup for competition for Members of the Rifle Club. In 1930 General Jobson presented a German rifle as a permanent momento of the Rifle Club. It was later decided that his competition should continue for all the Members of the Club over 45 years of age. In 1935 the Club provided a trophy for this event.
