I give permission for Royal Sydney staff to assist with administering medication in the event that it is needed in line with the ASCIA Action Plan instructions below.
Terms and Conditions
Children must be signed in and out of the Easter School Holiday Camp at the Drawing Room by a guardian authorised by the Member who made the booking.
Guardians who are dropping off or picking up children are not required to be Members, however, children can only be signed in 15 minutes prior to their program.
Children may only enter via the Club's main entrance if they are with a Member. They must still be signed in at the Drawing Room.
Guardians must accompany children in the Club until they are signed into their activity.
Once a child is signed into their program, they will be supervised until the program concludes.
Non-members must follow the Royal Sydney dress code and mobile phone policy while they are on site.
Non-members must vacate the Club immediately after dropping off or picking up a child.
If the child is running late for their program or will not be attending, we require that a guardian inform staff by contacting Reception on 8362 7000.
Children running late for their program will need to be escorted to the Drawing Room to be signed in.
If the child is absent at the commencement of the program and prior notice has not been given that they will not be in attendance, staff will phone the primary contact for the child.
Children must also be signed out from the Drawing Room after their program finishes. Supervision will only be available for 15 minutes after the program finishes. All children not picked up by that time will be escorted inside the Fitness Centre where they will not be supervised.
If the parent/guardian is running late to pick up the child, they should proceed to the Fitness Centre Service Desk to pick them up and sign them out.
