This 2016 blend comprises 45% Merlot, 35% Shiraz and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Attractive copper/salmon in colour. Merlot gives the wine fruit intensity, Shirazchimes in with subtle spice and Cabernet lends it definition. It adds up to an uplifting, aromatic wine with bright, ripe red fruits, a creamy texture and dry, refreshing finish.

Food Match
Enjoy it with rockmelon wrapped in prosciutto or a light, seared salmon salad. It is also delicious with grilled chicken or rare rack of lamb on the barbecue.
