Royal Sydney boasts an exciting and tasty range of ‘Fresh Heat & Eat’ takeaway meals made fresh in-house for members to take home and enjoy.
A rotation of meals from the below options will be on offer for members to purchase in the Fitness Centre Café or Snack Bar.
Fresh Heat & Eat Menu from Tuesday 17th September
Pumpkin Soup – $12.00
Slow-roasted pumpkin delicately simmered with creamy coconut milk, creating a velvety base. Infused with a harmonious blend of aromatic spices.
Lasagne – $16.00
Slow-cooked beef mince bolognaise with hints of thyme, Italian tomato napolitana, layered with creamy bechamel sauce & lasagne sheets, topped with grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese.

Lamb Shanks – $18.00
Slow-cooked grass-fed Aussie lamb shanks off-the-bone, served on sweet potato mash with peas and gravy.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Store at 5° C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze within use by date. Once frozen, consume within 1 month. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
