Acceptance of Conforming Social Scorecards
Players must nominate before playing a social round of golf if they wish to submit a scorecard for handicapping purposes.
The days of the week a conforming social scorecard can be submitted are:
- Bay Course: Conforming social scorecards are not currently permitted on the Bay Course. Every day with play has the option to play competition golf and submit a scorecard towards your handicap.
- Centenary Course: Conforming social scorecards are permitted for both men and women on all days.
An administration fee of $5.00 is charged to members’ accounts for each conforming social scorecard submitted.
Submission of Competition Scorecards
It is the responsibility of each individual when submitting a competition scorecard to ensure their score has been confirmed on the kiosk screen following the scanning of the card.
Failure from the player or marker to hit ‘confirm score’ on the kiosk will default to ‘No Score – Not Approved’ in the players Golflink history with an assumption the scorecard was not returned following the competition round.
