Annual Christmas Cocktail Party

Event Summary: Yearly event held on the first Friday in December. All members, as well as their friends and families, are invited to enjoy an elegant evening with drinks, seafood and canapés, and live musical entertainment to celebrate the Christmas season.
History: Established in 2017 by the Events Sub-Committee. The Inaugural Christmas Cocktail Party is an annual event which caters for all ages and interest groups of The Royal Sydney Golf Club.
Format:Cocktail Style
Food & Beverage: Selection of roving canapes (4x), Large Seafood station, Pop up food stations, 1 x Christmas themed Cocktails, RSGC Gold Label Wines Assortment of beer & soft drinks
Running Order/Entertainment:
• 5.00pm Entertainment to arrive for soundchcek
• 5.30pm – Food stations to be set
• 6.30pm – Functions to be ready with tray of welcome Christmas themed cocktail. Entertainment to commence – Piano Player in Atrium
• 6.45pm Guests arrive for drinks and canapes
– Seafood prawns and oysters station to open
– Additional station to open
– Jazz Band – Northern Veranda
• 7.30pm – Welcome speech from President & Vice President or equivalent
• 10.00pm – Function to conclude
• Jazz Band – Evan Powers – Quartet 6.45pm – 10.00pm
• Pianist– 6.30pm – 7.30pm
