Summary: Four Ball Best Ball Stableford event played in ‘Mother & Daughter’ pairings.
History: Trophy presented by Mrs J.L. (Ruth) Hunter, Associate President 1977-1982 in 1982. Played in conjunction with the Father & Son’s Trophy on the day before Mothers Day. It was first held in 1981 on during the Tuesday competition on the Championship Course, and in 1995 the event was moved to be held on a Saturday on the Centenary Course.
Traditions & Standards: Trophy is presented at lunch following play. Prize awarded at Women’s Annual Dinner.
Miss J.R. Hunter – Mrs J.L. Hunter’s daughter – is invited to present the trophy.
